Tonight's crew performed training at a remote location, doing pre-planning of the various apartment complexes we have in town. Members also took station pride into account and repainted our hydrant in front of the station!
Tonight's crew spent the evening cleaning fire apparatus and cleaning tools. Members stripped tools to re-paint, and went in depth cleaning compartments to maintain the lifetime of the apparatus. Members taking strides towards company pride!
Crews are currently operating on a multi motor vehicle accident on Eayrestown Road. The road is shut down from Municipal Drive to Landing Street, expect delays.
At approximately 2:15am this morning Lumberton was dispatched to a motor vehicle accident on Rt. 38 with entrapment. Chief 1300 arrived on scene with 1 person trapped inside. Rescue Engine 1313 went in service with cutters and spreaders and extricated the victim. Mutual Aid EMS from Mt Holly and Hainesport were on scene for patient care.
Members spent the evening training at mutual aid Medford's firehouse on forcible entry techniques. Thank you to Sta. 251 for allowing us to use the prop!
